Service
CertKit lets customers design, issue, deliver, and verify digital certificates. Customers remain responsible for the credentials they issue, their recipient data, and their authority to use uploaded branding and content.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect passwords and API keys, and notify [email protected] immediately after suspected compromise. Automated access must use the documented API and applicable limits.
Prohibited credentials
You must not impersonate an accredited institution, government body, employer, or regulated professional authority; issue fraudulent academic, medical, legal, financial, identity, or safety credentials; or misrepresent a recipient's achievement. CertKit may review, suspend, revoke, or remove credentials that create fraud, safety, or legal risk.
Billing
Paid subscriptions renew through Razorpay in the INR or USD currency selected at checkout. Prices, billing interval, taxes, and total charge are disclosed before payment. Entitlements change only after a verified provider event. You may cancel future renewal from the billing page.
Availability and liability
We operate reasonable backups, monitoring, and retries, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the preceding twelve months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
We may suspend access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or non-payment. Deletion and retention follow the Privacy Policy and DPA.
Governing law and disputes
The service is operated by Logicues, a sole proprietorship established under the laws of India with its principal place of business at Tapadia Nagar, Akola, Maharashtra 444005, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer protections that cannot be waived, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Akola, Maharashtra.
