Razorpay billing in INR and USD

CertKit uses Razorpay for paid Starter and Pro subscriptions. Razorpay is the payment gateway, not a merchant of record.

Currency selection

Checkout requires an explicit INR or USD choice. Monthly and annual products use separate Razorpay plan IDs for each currency. The server validates the selected plan and currency before opening checkout.

Activation

The browser return URL does not activate paid features. Entitlements change only after a verified Razorpay webhook confirms the subscription. The activation page polls this authoritative state.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew in their original currency and interval. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the displayed billing terms; existing certificates remain verifiable.

Refunds and disputes

Approved refunds return through Razorpay to the original payment method. Refund and dispute events are recorded idempotently. Contact support with the workspace email and Razorpay payment reference—never card details.

Taxes

Checkout and invoices must reflect the operator identity and tax configuration in the live Razorpay merchant account. CertKit does not invent or infer tax identifiers.
